The issue was caused by incorrect changes that had been applied to the network configuration.

These changes have now been rolled back, and connectivity between the Forough datacenter and the Bamdad, Simin, and Shariar datacenters has been restored.

The incident is now resolved.

Starting at 19:00 Tehran time, we identified a network connectivity issue between the Forough datacenter and the Bamdad, Simin, and Shariar datacenters.

As a result, connectivity from the Forough datacenter toward the mentioned datacenters is currently unavailable. Likewise, connectivity from the Bamdad, Simin, and Shariar datacenters toward the Forough network is also unavailable.

Our engineering teams are actively investigating and working to resolve this incident. Further updates will be shared as soon as more information becomes available or connectivity is restored.
